I am a Research Engineer in AI at Rezo Therapeutics (Computational Biology team), where I work on on-the-fly data denoising for protein-protein interactions and RAG systems for target-disease associations via literature.
Previously, I was a Research Intern at Google, contributing to projects at both Google Health (Frontiers team) on multimodal dermatology models, and at PAIR on parameter-efficient methods for toxicity datasets with LLMs, contributing to a paper accepted at EMNLP 2023: Towards Agile Text Classifiers for Everyone.
I have also gained experience in Computer Vision and Biomedical Imaging:
- ETH Zurich, Visiting Student Researcher at the Biomedical Image Computing Lab, focusing on lumbar spine segmentation.
- Stanford University, Visiting Student Researcher at the Computational Neuroscience Lab with Prof. Ehsan Adeli and Prof. Niki Martinel on image generation from text (DALL-E).
- BidPremium, AI Engineer in Computer Vision (part-time), developing anomaly detection systems.
- Datamantix, AI Software Developer Intern, working on diabetic retinopathy detection.
My research interests include LLMs in Responsible AI, multimodal learning for healthcare, computational biology, medical image segmentation, and innovative approaches in image generation.
